Denis Wick DW5509 straight mute for bass trombone
If you are looking for a bass trombone straight mute with clear projection and reliable tuning, the Denis Wick DW5509 is a focused choice. This metal mute is made from high-quality spun aluminium, finished with scotchbrite and bright silver anodized.
That construction gives the Denis Wick DW5509 the brilliance and carrying power Denis Wick straight mutes are known for. Intonation remains excellent as well, which matters when you want to play in tune with a mute during rehearsal, lessons, or performance.
Built for ensemble playing
A strong point of this bass trombone mute is that it matches well with other Denis Wick straight mutes when played together. That makes it especially suitable for ensemble settings where consistent tone and stable intonation matter.
For brass players who carefully match their setup, that is a practical advantage. At Magna Music in Roosendaal, you can also get personal advice from staff members who are players themselves.
