At Magna Music we do everything we can to handle your online order with the greatest care. Even so, it can happen that an instrument or accessory doesn't quite meet your expectations. Returns policy
If you want to return a product purchased through our webshop, you can do so within 14 days of receipt under the following conditions:
- The product is complete with all accessories and in its original factory packaging in undamaged condition.
- Always include a copy of the invoice or packing slip number with your return so we can process it straight away.
- The cost and transport risk of the return shipment are at the customer's expense.
- Once we have received the product back in good condition, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days via the payment method you used when ordering.
Statutory return exceptions
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of products whose seal has been broken after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or copyright. This applies specifically to:
- Opened software, CDs, DVDs and sheet music whose seal or plastic wrap has been broken.
- Products that cannot be resold after opening for hygiene reasons, such as harmonicas, recorders, mouthpieces and reeds, unless the original seal or packaging is still fully intact.
- Custom products and special orders that have been made or modified specifically at your request.
Ordered the wrong item or received an incorrect delivery?
Did you accidentally order the wrong product yourself? No problem. Feel free to return the item in accordance with the conditions above. In the meantime you can order the correct item straight away via the webshop so you get it quickly. We'll refund the amount from your return as soon as possible.
If, despite our strict quality control, we accidentally sent you the wrong product? Please contact us straight away. In that case we'll sort it out immediately and Magna Music will naturally cover the return costs. Because as we always say: we don't have problems, only solutions.
