Trumpet practice mute with adjustable resistance
The Wallace TWC-M17 is a trumpet practice mute that lets you adjust the playing resistance all the way to fully open. This allows you to match the blowing feel to your own preference or practice situation, from clearly muted to a more open response.
If you remove the resistor, you can also use this Wallace as a jazz mute. The core of your sound remains intact across the full range, which is useful when you want to keep control over your tone during practice or in the studio.
All-aluminium build for studio practice
The TWC-M17 is made entirely of aluminium and comes in blue. That gives this Wallace practice mute a clean, distinctive look.
Its stated application is studio practice. If you want a trumpet mute that works both as a practice mute and as a jazz mute, this is a practical choice for your trumpet. At Magna Music, you can also count on advice from musicians in the shop.
