Martin dreadnought guitar for live, studio and home
If you want a dreadnought guitar that covers a lot of ground, the Martin D-13E Ziricote brings plenty together in one instrument. This model from the Martin Road Series is built to perform in live and studio settings, while also feeling right at home on the couch or in the rehearsal room.
The D-14 fret body, 25.4 inch scale length and 1 3/4 inch nut width give this acoustic-electric guitar a familiar full-size foundation. The Performing Artist neck shape with High Performance Taper is aimed at smooth playing comfort.
Construction and finish of the Martin D-13E Ziricote
The Martin D-13E Ziricote combines a gloss Sitka Spruce top with Ziricote fine veneer on the back and sides. You also get an FSC-certified Richlite fingerboard and bridge, mother-of-pearl pattern fingerboard and rosette inlays, a multi-stripe rosette border and white binding, giving this acoustic guitar a distinctive look.
The body has a gloss finish, while the neck uses a hand-rubbed finish. Depending on the material used, this model comes with either a tortoise or black pickguard.
Fishman MX-T pickup and practical extras
For amplified use, this Martin is fitted with Fishman MX-T electronics. The built-in soundhole tuner mutes the audio input while tuning, so you can tune silently while plugged in without needing a separate pedal.
It comes strung with Martin Authentic Acoustic Lifespan 2.0 (MA550T) 13-56 strings and includes a Premium Soft Shell Case. In our Roosendaal store, you can also count on advice from musicians and an in-house workshop for guitar setup and maintenance.
