Jupiter Bb clarinet with full tone and accurate intonation
The Jupiter JCL1100DS is a Boehm clarinet in Bb that appeals to players looking beyond a basic starter instrument. Its body is made from seasoned, high-quality, unstained grenadilla wood, which matches the character of this model.
The full, nuanced tone and very accurate intonation are closely linked to the conically undercut tone holes. The reworked tone holes also contribute to an even response and tone production that stays easy to control.
Construction and playing comfort of the Jupiter JCL1100DS
You play an instrument with 18 keys and 6 rings, a 14.65 mm bore and silver-plated nickel silver mechanism. The adjustable low F/C key, Eb lever and ergonomically shaped register key make handling practical and comfortable while playing.
Support has also been considered with an adjustable thumb rest and strap ring. At Magna Music, you can test clarinets like this in the shop without obligation and get advice from staff with experience in wind instruments.
Supplied complete with barrels, case and accessories
The Jupiter JCL1100DS comes with 64 mm and 65 mm grenadilla wood barrels, so you can work with the fit and tuning that suit your playing. Blue steel springs complete the mechanical setup.
You also get a mouthpiece with ligature and cap, the JUPITER case JKC-CL35WA, bag JKB-CL35WA and accessories. That gives you a complete Bb clarinet for lessons, study and regular playing.
