Jupiter flugelhorn with warm tone and strong presence
If you are looking for a flugelhorn with a warm, full sound and clear sonic presence, the Jupiter JFH1100RQ is well worth considering. This Bb flugelhorn has a .413" small bore and a 6" rose brass bell, which contributes tonal warmth to the sound of the instrument.
The JFH1100RQ is described as one of the best mid-range flugelhorns in its class. That makes this Jupiter flugelhorn a suitable option for players who want an instrument that balances tone and control.
Tuning and playing comfort of the JFH1100RQ
The French tuning slides make tuning adjustments easier and support improved intonation characteristics. For extra control while playing, the 3rd slide has a trigger so you can make quick pitch corrections as needed.
The hand-fitted, double-lapped Monel pistons are described as exceptionally fast and quiet in operation. Water keys on the 1st and 3rd valve make the instrument practical to maintain during rehearsals, lessons and performances.
Construction and finish
The Jupiter JFH1100RQ has a lacquered brass body and comes with a case. That gives you matching protection for transport and storage right away.
