For sound reproduction, the Kawai CA-701 Pe uses 6 speakers, 360° diffusers for the upward-facing speakers and digital 110 watt power amps. This spreads the sound widely through the room so player and listener hear the same natural tone. The headphone amplifier is also built to a high standard.
Control is handled through a 5 inch touchscreen with anti-glare surface, which can be turned off completely when inactive. Bluetooth Audio 5.1, Bluetooth MIDI 5.0, USB-to-host and USB connections make this digital piano suitable for apps, wireless music playback and MP3/WAV recording and playback.
