The fully analog signal path and classic bucket-brigade technology produce rich, warm delay tones that suit players who want more than a tight, clinical echo.
With up to 600 ms of delay time, there is enough range for subtle ambience, rhythmic repeats, and more pronounced, Gilmouresque delay sounds. The three controls for Delay, Mix, and Regen let you quickly set the delay time, the balance between dry and effected signal, and the number of repeats.
MXR M299 Carbon Copy Mini with modulation
In addition to the delay itself, this MXR includes optional modulation, adding extra movement to your repeats. Inside, two trim pots let you adjust the width and speed of that modulation, so you can fine-tune the effect to your own taste.
True bypass keeps your direct signal untouched when the pedal is off. You can power the MXR M299 Carbon Copy Mini with a 9 volt adapter or a 9 volt battery, making it practical on a pedalboard or as a standalone pedal.
