Ibanez guitar noise gate with flexible routing
The Ibanez Pentatone Gate is a standalone noise gate derived from the GATE section of the Ibanez Pentatone Preamp. You use this guitar noise gate to control unwanted noise while keeping the playing feel intact through its fast response and natural sustain.
What makes the Ibanez Pentatone Gate especially practical is its layout with GUITAR IN, GUITAR OUT, GATE IN and GATE OUT. That lets you connect it in different ways in your setup, for example directly after distortion pedals or between the send/return of a guitar amplifier.
Threshold control and compact housing
The Threshold knob lets you set the level at which the gate engages. The Threshold mode switch with High and Low helps you match that range to your signal and application.
The housing measures 70 x 116 x 63 mm and weighs 455 grams including battery. True bypass keeps your signal path untouched when the pedal is off. The Pentatone Gate runs on one 9V battery (006P) or an external AC adapter and requires 45 mA at 9V.
