Ampeg bass cabinet with 2x10 speakers and 450 watts
If you want a bass cabinet that stays compact while offering solid output, the Ampeg PF-210HLF is a strong match. This speaker cab handles 450 watts at 8Ω and combines two 10 inch custom-designed ceramic Eminence speakers with a selectable 1 inch HF compression driver. That driver can be adjusted with the L-pad attenuator, letting you tailor the high end to your rig and playing style.
The cabinet is based on Ampeg’s classic flip-top design. Just attach a PF-20T head and you have a matching setup that is ready to go with the familiar Ampeg look.
Construction, finish and everyday use
The enclosure is built from rugged 15 mm poplar ply and uses extensive bracing with refined low-frequency tuning. In practice, that gives you a solid cabinet designed to deliver more from this size of bass cabinet than you might expect at first glance.
Vintage-style black-diamond Tolex and B-15 grille cloth give the Ampeg PF-210HLF its classic appearance.
