Spira 7-string guitar with extended range
If you want a 7-string guitar with extra depth and a tight low end, the Spira S-407 brings together construction, range and stability in a focused design. This Satin Wine Red version is built for players who want deep, rich tones with clear definition in the lows.
The 26.5-inch scale supports the added range of the seventh string, while the fixed bridge, locking tuners and precise intonation help keep everything stable in rehearsals, on stage and during recording sessions.
Construction and feel of the Spira S-407
The body is made of roasted poplar and the neck uses roasted Canadian maple. Together with the Modern D neck profile, that gives the Spira S-407 a direct, fast-playing foundation for players who move a lot across the fretboard. The Ebony Tech fingerboard with 24 jumbo frets and a 14-inch radius feels responsive and suits advanced, complex techniques well.
On this 7-string version, the nut width is 48 mm. The artificial bone nut and dual-action truss rod complete the build; at Magna Music, setup in the workshop is a logical option if you want the guitar adjusted closely to your playing style.
Powerful humbuckers and straightforward controls
The HH configuration with custom made Spira Villain 7-string humbuckers delivers rich, powerful tones. With 12k output and ceramic magnets, the character stays strong and defined where an extended-range electric guitar needs to perform.
You control it all simply with 1 volume and 1 tone control. The black hardware and satin finish match the streamlined, understated look of this 7-string electric guitar.
