Kala U•BASS strings for warm, powerful bass tone
The Kala KA-BASS-4 is a set of U•BASS strings designed specifically for the Kala U•BASS®. The combination of a nylon core and silver-plated windings gives these roundwound bass strings the warm, powerful sound this instrument is known for.
With lower tension than traditionally built bass strings, they feel more comfortable under your fingers. That makes this U•BASS string set a strong choice for players who want playing comfort along with accurate intonation.
Matched to the Kala KA-BASS-4
These Kala bass strings are intended for use on the Kala U•BASS® and fit the construction and playing feel of that instrument. If you play a model fitted with polyurethane strings, extra setup is required when switching.
