OM acoustic guitar with compact body and balanced tone
The Eastman PCH2-OM-BK is an OM acoustic guitar for players who want a more compact format without giving up appearance and response. Its solid Thermo-Cure Sitka spruce top combined with laminated rosewood back and sides gives this Eastman a full, responsive sound with rich overtones and a nicely balanced character.
With body dimensions of 15 inch x 4-1/4 inch and a 24.9 inch scale length, this model feels accessible and comfortable. It is especially appealing to fingerstyle players or guitarists who value an easy, supple playing feel.
Construction and finish of the Eastman PCH2-OM-BK
The neck is made of okoume and has a Traditional Even "C" profile, paired with a rosewood fingerboard with a 12 inch radius and 20 Jescar-FW43080 frets. The 1 3/4 inch bone nut and the rosewood bridge with bone saddle and 2 5/32 inch spacing match the comfortable playing concept of this model.
Visually, the Eastman is also neatly finished with Truetone Gloss on the body and Truetone Satin on the neck and headstock. The abalone rosette, maple logo on the headstock, pearl dot inlays, black pickguard, nickel hardware, and black front and back binding give this black acoustic guitar a classic look.
