Eastman E1D dreadnought acoustic guitar
If you want an acoustic guitar with plenty of volume and a full, rich voice, the Eastman E1D is a strong choice. Its generous 16" wide and 4-11/16" deep body gives this dreadnought a powerful foundation with deep bass, sparkling highs, and a warm, balanced midrange. That makes it well suited to strummers and singer-songwriters, while the wider nut also leaves room for precise fingerstyle playing.
The solid Sitka spruce top works together with hand-carved scalloped X-bracing, helping the guitar respond openly and resonate well. The solid sapele back and sides add clarity and focus in a classic design that feels both traditional and practical.
Construction and playing comfort of the Eastman E1D
The mahogany neck has a Traditional Even “C” profile that sits comfortably in the hand, while the 12" fingerboard radius and ebony fingerboard contribute to a familiar playing feel. With a 1-3/4" bone nut, 20 Jescar-FW43080 frets, and a 25.4" scale length, you get an acoustic guitar that works well for chord playing as well as more defined articulation.
The Eastman E1D is also neatly finished in the details, with an ebony bridge, bone saddle, tortoise pickguard, pearl dot inlays, and nickel open-gear PingWell tuners. The Truetone Satin finish keeps the natural look of the wood in view. If you ever want your guitar setup checked later on, Magna Music also has its own workshop for that.
Ready for home and travel
The Eastman E1D comes fitted with D'Addario XS Coated Phosphor Bronze Light strings in .012 - .053 and includes a deluxe padded Eastman gigbag. That makes this acoustic guitar ready right away for practice at home, songwriting, and taking it to lessons, rehearsals, or performances.
With the dual acting truss rod and included 4 mm truss rod wrench, you also have the right basis for adjustment when needed. This way, you can take this dreadnought with you easily without giving up a mature acoustic sound.
