Zildjian band cymbal with bright crash sound
The Zildjian I Family 14" Band is a band cymbal built for players who want to move beyond the basics. Within the I Family, named after Ilham, the focus is on inspiration and expression, with a sound that speaks with a bright, sharp and high crash character.
With its 14 inch diameter and Medium Thin weight, this Zildjian cymbal responds lightly and directly. That makes it comfortable for young musicians and a practical choice for school bands and music programs working with a limited budget.
I Family 14" Band in the Zildjian I Family range
The I Family is known for modern weights and sizes, extensive hammering and lathing, and hand hammering. That construction gives the series a clear expressive character, helping you expand your sound palette from the ground up.
This 14 inch cymbal fits well in educational settings and ensembles where an accessible, lively crash is needed. Cymbal straps are available separately if you want to equip it for that use.
