Description
The Bromo Tahoma Series auditorium is an auditorium guitar with a solid top, mahogany back and sides, and a Grand Auditorium Cutaway body. Aimed at advanced players looking for refined tone, with clear projection and a built-in 4-band EQ with tuner for stage and studio use.
  • Solid top with characterThe Tahoma Series uses a solid top for more refined tone. Choose a BAT model for the brightness and long sustain of Sitka spruce; BATM gives you a warmer and softer response with solid mahogany.
  • Grand Auditorium CutawayThe Grand Auditorium Cutaway body combines a versatile shape with easier access to the upper frets. That makes this Bromo auditorium guitar practical for players who use both chords and melodic lines across the full neck.
  • Built-in Bromo BZP1 EQOn the electro-acoustic versions, you get an under-saddle pickup and 4-band EQ with tuner onboard. This allows you to adjust bass, mid, treble, and presence directly for live use or studio recording.

Bromo auditorium guitar with solid top

The Bromo Tahoma Series auditorium is built for advanced guitarists who want more detail and refinement from an acoustic guitar. This auditorium guitar has a Grand Auditorium Cutaway body, a solid top, and mahogany back and sides, a combination chosen in this series for balanced response and clear projection.

In the BAT version, the solid Sitka spruce top gives a bright, clear tone with long sustain, while the mahogany adds warmth and body. In the BATM version, a solid mahogany top produces an even warmer and softer sound. The ToneFlow bracing system emphasizes glassy highs, full mids, and a warm bass response.

Construction and finish of the Tahoma Series auditorium

The 648 mm scale length and 43 mm nut width give this Bromo auditorium guitar a familiar foundation for many players. The mahogany neck includes two amara ebony reinforcement strips and a two-way truss rod, while the fingerboard and headstock finish are made in amara ebony.

The detailing also stands out, with multi-layer rosewood body binding, a rosewood top trim with layered ABS inlay, a multi-layer maple back strip, and abalone "Eagle eye" fingerboard inlay. The satin finish keeps the look understated and natural. At Magna Music, you can also get personal advice from musicians if you want to compare this acoustic guitar with other models.

Electro-acoustic options

The electro-acoustic models in the Bromo Tahoma Series come with an under-saddle pickup and the Bromo BZP1 4-band EQ. This lets you adjust bass, mid, treble, and presence directly on the instrument, while the built-in tuner is useful during rehearsals, recording, or live performance.

You also get 20 jumbo frets, a Nubone XB nut and saddle, an amara ebony "Mt. Bromo" bridge, and Bromo BP208-SL phosphor bronze-plated strings in super light gauges from .011 to .052. That makes this western guitar a strong choice for players looking for a well-finished instrument with amplified performance options.
