Backun Beta Bb clarinet for advancing players
If you are looking for a Bb clarinet that narrows the gap between a student instrument and a professional feel, the Backun Beta Bb is a strong option. Backun aims this model at advanced students and ambitious amateur musicians who want more from their playing, response and finish.
The Beta is appreciated worldwide by teachers and young talents. Whether you play in a wind band, prepare for conservatory auditions or simply want a better-playing instrument, this wooden clarinet fits that use well.
Wooden Bb clarinet with warm, rich tone
The body is made from premium grenadilla wood, a material known for a full, resonant tone. In practice, that comes through as a warm, rich sound that suits players who want more nuance and projection from a Bb clarinet.
The hand finishing and precision parts give the Backun Beta a refined response. That means the instrument reacts directly and with control, which is useful for lessons, ensemble playing and serious study.
Silver-plated keywork and included Backun barrel
The silver-plated keywork has an ergonomic design for smooth playing. This helps your hands stay comfortable, even during longer sessions or when working on more demanding repertoire.
The Backun Beta Bb includes a luxury case and a Backun barrel intended to improve intonation. For a wooden clarinet like this, proper adjustment matters; Magna Music also offers personal advice and maintenance through its in-house workshop.
