Maple Gum shells and maximum resonance
The shells use EvenPly-6 construction at 5.4 mm, with 4 plies of maple on the outside and 2 plies of gumwood on the inside. That build forms the basis of the warm character and wide dynamic range the Pearl Masters Maple Gum Series is known for.
The R2 Air Tom Mount Suspension System lets the toms resonate more freely, while the 60° outer bearing edge and MasterCast Hoops support a direct and controlled response. The toms come with Remo Coated Ambassador heads, and the bass drum is fitted with a Remo Coated Powerstroke 3.
Finish and hardware of the Pearl Masters Maple Gum
This Pearl drum kit comes standard with chrome hardware. It also includes SP-330 spurs, LB-75 floor tom brackets and CL Bridge Lug fittings with CL-100 on the toms and CL-250 on the bass drum.
