Drum tension meter for evenly tuned drums
The Tama TW200 Tension Watch is a compact drum tension meter that helps you check drumhead tension accurately. Its easy-to-read dial lets you compare measurements quickly, making it easier to tune your drum evenly.
The removable nylon bumper keeps a constant measuring distance from the hoop. This helps you achieve the same tension all around the head, resulting in an evenly tensioned drum and optimal tone.
Using the Tama TW200 Tension Watch
Its compact size makes the Tama TW200 Tension Watch easy to carry to rehearsals, lessons or the stage. For drummers who want a neatly tuned setup, this is a practical tool for tuning drums.
At Magna Music, you can get personal advice from musicians who know what works well in practice when setting up a drum kit.
