The Tama TM42RZSS-CBP Star Maple is a drum kit from TAMA’s flagship line. For the STAR series, every detail was reconsidered to further optimize shell resonance, making this maple drum kit appealing to drummers who want response and openness from their setup.
The STAR Maple shell with Solid Core Ply is a new design within this series. It combines the warm, open tone of maple with the rich, full sound of a solid shell.
Configuration of this maple drum set
This Tama shell pack includes a 22 x 16 bass drum, 10 x 7 tom, 12 x 8 tom, and 16 x 16 floor tom. That gives you a widely used setup for a versatile drum set, suitable for rehearsal, studio, or stage use.
The finish is brown. Please note that this shell pack comes without stands, snare drum, cymbals, mat, or drum throne, so you can build the set around the hardware and cymbals you prefer. In the Roosendaal store, you can also get personal advice from staff who are players themselves.
