Squier electric guitar with Nashville character
The Squier Paranormal Custom Nashville Stratocaster combines clear elements of a Telecaster and Stratocaster in one electric guitar. You get a Stratocaster body made of poplar with double-bound Aged White binding, a gloss polyurethane finish and a striking Aztec Gold color.
That hybrid design shows up not only in the look, but also in the construction. The Strat shape feels familiar in your hands, while the 3-Saddle Vintage Style Strings-Through-Body Tele bridge adds resonance and attack.
Electric guitar with a wide tonal range
With three Fender Designed Alnico Single-Coil pickups in an SSS configuration, this Nashville Stratocaster offers many usable sounds. The 5-way blade switch gives you the familiar core positions, while the master tone with push/pull function activates the neck pickup in positions 1 and 2 for extra combinations.
That makes this Squier more flexible than a traditional Strat or Tele. If you like moving between clear single-coil tones and more pronounced mixed settings, this setup gives you plenty of range without complicated controls.
Playing comfort and finish of the Squier Paranormal
The maple neck has a C Shape profile, a bolt-on construction and a laurel fingerboard with a 9.5 inch radius. Combined with 21 Narrow Tall frets, a 25.5 inch scale length and a 42 mm nut width, the neck feels modern and familiar.
The hardware also matches the character of the model, with vintage style tuners, chrome hardware and a 3-ply parchment pickguard. At Magna Music, you can also get personal advice from musicians in the shop if you want to compare this Squier with other electric guitars.
