Use, cleaning and storage
For a proper seal, hold the ear plug behind the largest flange and gently insert it into the ear canal with a twisting motion. Removal should also be done slowly with a twisting motion so the seal is broken gradually. Regular inspection for wear or damage remains important, especially behind the flanges.
Clean the ear plugs with lukewarm water and mild soap, and do not use aggressive cleaning agents. They can be washed at least 50 times.
