With the Shure BLX24E/SM58-H8E, you get a wireless vocal system built around the SM58, a cardioid dynamic vocal microphone known for warm and clear voice reproduction. Its vocal-tailored frequency response keeps the midrange clear and gradually rolls off bass, while the uniform cardioid pickup pattern focuses on the main source and reduces background noise.
That makes this Shure system suitable for professional singers, backing vocals, DJs and presenters in clubs and in small or large venues. The SM58 is also a trusted choice for daily use, club gigs and studio projects.
Fast operation and reliable wireless performance
The included BLX4 receiver uses analogue signal transmission and is ready to use right away. With QuickScan, you can find the best open frequency at the press of a button, then set the transmitter to the same channel and start. Up to 12 compatible channels per group are possible, depending on region, with up to 150 selectable frequencies.
The BLX4 uses microprocessor-controlled internal diversity antennas that are already optimally adjusted. They offer a range of up to 100 metres in line-of-sight conditions and also reduce the risk of damage during setup, use and transport. The 1/4 inch and XLR audio outputs make it easy to connect the receiver to different audio setups.
Built for intensive use
The SM58 has a durable construction with a steel grille, a pneumatic shock mount system to reduce handling noise and a built-in spherical wind and pop filter. The BLX2 handheld transmitter includes a power and battery status LED, adjustable gain and runs on two included AA batteries for up to 14 hours.
