Recorder playalong with kids' TV themes
If you want to play familiar music on descant recorder, Junior Guest Spot: Kids TV Themes - Easy Playalong (Recorder) offers an accessible collection of ten popular TV themes. Simon Lesley created easy melody line arrangements for descant recorder, making this book a strong fit for younger players and lesson use.
This English-language edition has 32 pages and comes as sheet music with CD. The combination of child-friendly repertoire and straightforward arrangements makes this recorder book well suited to practice at home and use in music lessons.
CD included for listening first and then playing along
The included CD lets you hear full performance versions of the pieces first, so you can get to know the melodies and structure clearly. After that, you can perform the numbers solo with the recorded accompaniment, which makes this recorder playalong especially practical for independent study.
That gives you a focused way to work on timing and ensemble with accompaniment, without needing another player. If you are looking for a descant recorder book with backing tracks and familiar film and TV material, this Wise Publications edition is a fitting choice.
